Josée Morin is the VP Strategy of Myca, responsible for establishing and executing the overall technological, product and marketplace strategies for the company.

Ms. Morin has been involved with high technology businesses since beginning her career in 1985. She was product line manager at Exfo, Director of high technology financing at Banque Nationale du Canada and Vice President R&D and Operations for Xystos, a multimedia business.

In 1996, she participated and invested in starting the company Viasite, an Internet B2C company that evolved into Taleo and went public on NASDAQ in 2005 (TLEO). In 2001 she co-founded Eon Media, a company that developed a patient-oriented hardware and software solution for the American healthcare market. In 2002 Cardinal Health (NYSE CAH) acquired EON and Ms. Morin became director of operations for the "PatientStation" product deployment in the US. She subsequently held numerous management positions for Cardinal Health, most recently as Director of Marketing for medication administration solutions (under the Pyxis and Alaris product brands) in the Canadian healthcare market.

Ms. Morin graduated in Electrical Engineering and started her career as a research scientist for Defence Research Establishment in Valcartier. She sits on the Board of Directors of two investment funds, Fonds Regional FTQ- Quebec, a small business venture fund and CQVB, a biotechnology start-up fund. She is also a member of the advisory board of BUG.tv a small high-tech start-up. In 2005, she received the Tremplin Award from the MBA Association of Quebec to recognize her career achievements and potential for the future.
